For this drawing, I was attempting to do something a little bit more modern. For the style of it, I was looking towards brutalist and mid-century modern inspirations. My aim for it was to be simple but elegant. The building itself is centered on a large, open courtyard with a reflecting pool, with galleries surrounding it. This will allow light into the galleries, but also provide a view from them of a serene and calm space, perfect for looking at art.
